We meet quarterly. You can sign up at the event for our auto-donation platform and we’ll auto-debit your account each quarter, whether you can physically be at the event or not. Or, if you’d rather bring cash or a check, that works!

Bring a Nomination

While not required, it definitely makes a big difference when you can nominate a charity you’re passionate about supporting. Even better if you can be ready with a few reasons why we should be supporting their mission!

Summary

• Nominating Nonprofits: all attending members will be able to nominate during the event.
• Random Selection of 3 Nominees: all nominations will be vetted for Johnson County 501(c)3 status and written onto slips of paper. Three nominees will then be randomly selected from a hat.
• Nominators will have a moment to prepare before they have two minutes to present on behalf of their nonprofit.
• Voting will commence with all attending members having the opportunity to vote.
• Winning nonprofit will be announced, receiving all funds

Not familiar with our mission and how we've given nearly $1 Million to Johnson County nonprofits since 2014?
Here's how we make a big impact with our simple concept:

• How we raise important, local dollars: More than 100 men and women gather quarterly and commit to donating $100 four times a year. That math comes out to about $20,000 donated to Johnson County nonprofits each quarter.
• How we select our quarterly nonprofit winner: Members (that's you) are invited to nominate a Johnson County 501(c)3 nonprofit organization when they arrive. Out of what are usually a few dozen entries, we'll randomly select three nominees for presentation. The three nominating members will each advocate on behalf of their nonprofit, with a brief 2-minute pitch. After the three pitches are heard, each attending member has a vote, and the winning vote-getter receives the cash donation.
• How you join in the magic of 100+ Men Who Care: show up at our next event with an eager willingness to meet other community leaders and support our local charitable organizations. No need to RSVP—we'll have board members ready to greet you upon arrival. We can accept your $100 contribution by digital ACH (men), credit card (women), cash, or check.
• Please note: our organization requires an annual commitment, beginning on the date of your first event. Example: donate $100 at your first event with a commitment to donate to the three following giving events.
